At Monotype Fonts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-end audio and display gear. If your electronics are not performing as expected, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account dashboard and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Request Return' button.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
